Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Basic MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the finance team in day-to-day accounts payable operations.
• Assist input of invoices and bills using AI-powered workflows.
• Help with vendor payments, inquiries and expense tracking.
• Review and organize financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial data.
• Assist in addressing contractor pay questions and routing to the appropriate team.
• Update operating procedures for recurring accounts payable tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams on special projects.
