Accruent is seeking an Accounts Receivable Intern to join our Finance team. This remote internship offers hands‑on experience with invoice processing, customer account research, and file maintenance while learning core AR activities and SOX controls.

The role supports day‑to‑day operations under guidance from experienced teammates. You will gain practical finance skills, collaborate with internal partners, and contribute to process improvements in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Interest in accounts receivable, billing, and finance operations.
• Ability to organize and prioritize assignments with guidance.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative work style with internal partners and customers.
• Willingness to ask questions and learn new systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Basic MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Support timely, accurate invoice processing under guidance.
• Assist with collection-related research and follow-ups.
• Enter and validate invoice information in the ERP system.
• Research customer account questions and document findings for disputes.
• Review incoming orders for completeness before invoicing.
• Maintain customer contact information and supporting documentation.
• Organize AR files and records.
• Assist with credit memo requests and account adjustments.
• Follow AR procedures to support SOX compliance.
• Participate in team projects and process improvements.
