Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative, invoicing, accounting, or shipping/logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy with ability to reconcile invoices and freight charges.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review the TOTALogistix Freight Report and ensure all required shipping documentation is complete.
• Verify freight charges, shipment quantities, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Copy, scan, distribute, and maintain freight documentation for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Organize, reconcile, and maintain shipping files.
• Audit job records against Label Traxx and process customer invoices.
• Enter invoices into Ariba and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain files for daily operations and completed jobs.
