Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable, billing, cash application, or collections experience.
• Hands-on experience with any ERP; SAP preferred.
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, sorting, filtering).
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, account reconciliations, and general accounting principles.
• Professional communication skills — written and verbal — including direct customer contact for collections.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and ability to manage competing priorities.
