The ideal candidate will manage invoices in QuickBooks, process payments, and handle shipping documentation. We value organization, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a small team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Shipping and receiving or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: Prepare invoices using QuickBooks; Process payments; Record and maintain transactions; Reconcile accounts and assist with collections as needed.
• Shipping & Receiving: Receive shipments; Prepare shipments with labeling and documentation; Generate bills of lading and shipping labels; Coordinate with vendors and carriers.
• General Office Duties: Answer phones and respond to emails professionally; Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and coworkers; Support other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
