Job summary

Bizerba USA Inc. is seeking an Account Receivable Specialist for its Joppa, Maryland location. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, shipping documentation, and maintaining accounting records.

You will verify charges, reconcile documents, and support both accounts payable and accounts receivable activities daily. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, with 1–2 years in administrative or accounting support, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain shipping files and account records.
• Audit job records against Label Traxx and process invoices.
• Enter invoices into Ariba and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and maintain files for daily operations and completed jobs.

Your tasks

• Generate and review the TOTALogistix Freight Report and ensure all required shipping documentation is complete.
• Verify freight charges, shipment quantities, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Copy, scan, distribute, and maintain freight documentation for Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Organize, reconcile, and maintain shipping black jackets and account files.
• Audit job records against Label Traxx and process customer invoices.
• Enter invoices into Ariba and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain files for daily operations and completed jobs.
  

Your profile

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, invoicing, accounting, shipping, logistics, or a related environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, data-entry accuracy, and ability to review and reconcile invoices, freight charges, and supporting documentation.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with the ability to manage physical and electronic files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP, invoicing, or logistics systems preferred; Label Traxx, Ariba, or TOTALogistix experience is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to handle confidential business and financial information appropriately.
