Responsibilities

• Process electronic payments including e-checks and card transactions.
• Review and resolve payment exceptions and discrepancies.
• Receive, process, and post homeowner assessment payments.
• Monitor multiple deposit accounts and payment processes.
• Upload and process payment files through banking systems.
• Prepare and submit bank deposits using RDC equipment or alternative methods.
• Maintain daily payment-processing records and logs.
• Communicate payment instructions to homeowners as needed.
• Follow internal controls and policies for accurate processing.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
