Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain delinquency statuses in company systems.
• Process delinquent accounts per policies and procedures.
• Review account activity and assist with inquiries.
• Generate delinquency notices and coordinate printing files.
• Review proofs for accuracy prior to distribution.
• Prepare collection-related correspondence including lien notices.
• Assemble account packages for attorneys and collection agencies.
• Enter reimbursable charges and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with collection agencies, attorneys, and staff on status updates.
• Assist with lien filings, title searches, and credit bureau reporting.
• Maintain late fee and interest settings per requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Support projects and process improvements within the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
