Job summary

Associa is seeking a detail-oriented Manual Cash Specialist to join our finance team in Richardson, Texas. You will be responsible for the timely processing of manual cash receipts and individual check payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLAs and company standards.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with banking partners and internal teams to maintain accurate financial records and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in accounts receivable, payment processing, banking operations, cash handling, or admin support is a plus.
• Experience in high-volume, deadline-driven environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
