Associa is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support a growing property management portfolio. You will maintain accurate financial records, apply payments, and monitor delinquencies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience or an appropriate combination of education and experience
• Ability to organize resources and establish priorities
• Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and standards
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in diverse settings

Responsibilities

• Post scheduled assessments, fees, and charges to owner ledgers per documents and policy
• Process and apply payments from checks, ACH, online portals, lockbox on a semi-weekly basis
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances and assist with financial statements
• Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate delinquency actions per policies
• Communicate with homeowners, board members, and internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Maintain records in accounting and property management systems
• Support month-end close activities, audits, and AR reporting
