Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to manage delivery-to-cash for assigned accounts. You will serve as the primary contact for the RevGen team and customers, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and resolution of billing discrepancies.

You will monitor key reports, analyze data, and drive process improvements to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role partners with operations, sales, and cash apps to handle load building, EDI,

Qualifications

• 0-1 year experience in a customer operations role.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Highly organized with strong time management and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery-to-cash functions for assigned accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and RevGen team.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and resolve billing issues.
• Monitor reports, analyze data, and drive process improvements.
• Oversee onboarding and invoicing, including terms and payments.
• Support load building, EDI accuracy, and accessorial management.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and cash applications teams.
• Analyze account health and address aging and write-offs.
