Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with related experience
• CPA/advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage payment processing and direct withdrawals/credit postings
• Handle invoicing, collections, and overdue accounts for designated regions
• Coordinate with DC GMs to secure payment strategies with customers
• Assist in training sessions and manage the group email for inquiries
• Analyze aging reports and present recovery actions to management
• Oversee transfer of ownership and banking changes between entities
• Perform root cause analysis on payment issues and implement preventive steps
• Other duties as assigned
