Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to provide financial, administrative, and customer support. The role focuses on accurate billing, timely invoicing, and maintaining strong data in ERP systems while coordinating with branch offices and sales teams.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in business or related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AS400, SAP, or BTN is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or related field; four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in similar role or industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare, review, and transmit customer invoices using billing software daily.
• Communicate with sales team regarding customer information and accounts.
• Update customer files to ensure data accuracy.
• Set up accounts within SFS ERP system.
• Issue invoice corrections per company policy.
• Resolve billing issues and respond to inquiries.
