PODS Enterprises, LLC is seeking an AR Manager to implement customer service strategies within the Accounts Receivable Department. You will define workflows to improve customer satisfaction, cash flow and attrition, while collaborating with Logistics and Corp Ops to resolve issues affecting service.

Responsibilities include establishing invoicing, cash application and collection procedures, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, forecasting, staffing, payroll review in UKG, and training staff.

Responsabilités

• Establish and implement internal invoicing, cash application and collection procedures.
• Manage billing and collection policy; report concerns to upper management.
• Monitor standards, metrics and procedures to improve productivity.
• Forecast activities and set performance goals and objectives.
• Develop strategy to ensure customer satisfaction in AR processes.
• Understand tools to manage KPIs and SLAs; maintain staffing levels.
• Oversee UKG payroll review and month-end close procedures.
• Coach and train new hires and supervisors.
• Review client billing guidelines and coordinate IT updates to the accounting system.
