Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm) — Hybrid (Winter Park, FL)

Pay: $21–$23/hrSchedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pmWork Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

A growing company is hiring an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support billing, payment processing, account reconciliation, and collections in a fast-paced environment (multiple entities/locations).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send invoices and statements
• Post and apply payments (check, ACH, wire, credit card)
• Maintain customer account records and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor A/R aging and follow up on past-due balances
• Support collections documentation and reporting
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and audit requests
• Process credits, refunds, and adjustments as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required (degree preferred)
• 3–5 years A/R, billing, and/or collections experience
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Construction/HVAC or similar industry experience is a plus
