MyStaf in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking an experienced accounts receivable specialist to manage customer accounts, billing, payments, and collections. You’ll ensure accurate invoicing and timely reconciliation while maintaining confidentiality of financial data.

The role requires proficiency with invoicing software, solid Excel skills, and strong communication. You will work closely with accounting and other departments to resolve discrepancies and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts receivable or accounting experience required.
• Experience with invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with accounting software and financial records.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts receivable and customer accounts.
• Prepare and process invoices, statements, and billing documents.
• Post and reconcile customer payments.
