Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts receivable and customer account management.
• Prepare, process, and send customer invoices.
• Submit invoices through customer billing portals and track submissions.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Work in QuickBooks Desktop to maintain accurate customer records and financial information.
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email regarding invoices, payments, and account questions.
• Research billing discrepancies and help resolve account issues.
• Assist with payment posting, account reconciliations, and other accounting duties.
• Support other office team members and help with daily tasks as needed.
