Qualifications

• 1+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process and post incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit cards).
• Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor aging reports; follow up on past-due accounts and discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues.
• Reconcile AR ledger to ensure payments are recorded.
• Collaborate with sales/operations on account inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing and AR reporting.
