Qualifications

• Strong understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable including invoicing, payments, collections, and monitoring balances.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software; familiarity with QuickBooks Online and ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
