Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Mansfield, PA is seeking an organized A/R Specialist to support weekly billing, manage customer accounts, reconcile receivables, and assist in performance analysis. You will work with Operations, Business Development, and the CFO to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, prepare reports, and support audits.

The role requires an Associate degree in Accounting and 3–5 years in billing or accounting, with strong Excel and ERP experience; oil/gas

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in billing, A/R, or general accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite or Oracle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in oil & gas or industrial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly invoice processing and customer billing
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and GL maintenance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records
• Actively manage collections and follow up on delinquent receivables
• Collaborate with Managing Directors to validate invoice details
• Generate standard and ad hoc financial reports as needed
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Contribute to job performance analysis and tracking
• Assist in ongoing improvements to financial reporting and processes
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO
