Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction billing experience with AIA documents preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and transitioning to online version.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Textura, Procore, or similar billing portals.
• Knowledge of lien waivers, SOV management, and construction payment processes.
• NC Notary Public certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts for accuracy and process through DocuSign after adjustments.
• Set up new customers and jobs in QuickBooks with proper coding; create sales orders.
• Enter Schedule of Values data into SOV and internal tracking systems.
• Prepare and submit AIA documents for monthly invoicing via portals (Textura, Procore).
• Manage lien waivers, retainage, and documentation requirements.
• Track change orders and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
• Maintain audit-ready customer files and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers on billing updates and outstanding invoices.
