Job summary

Cotality in Irvine, CA is seeking a detail‑oriented Associate, Accounts Receivable to bridge customers and internal finance. You will resolve complex account puzzles, improve processes, and support daily cash flow while upholding accuracy and internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Experience in accounts receivable, cash application, billing, or related finance role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer accounts to identify unapplied cash, discrepancies, and other issues.
• Perform reconciliations between remittances, invoices, and records.
• Monitor aging and follow up on outstanding balances per guidelines.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing queries.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and payment activity.
• Follow policies and internal controls for AR processes.
