Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable related functions and track assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Heavy phone activity with customers; contact debtors regarding payment status.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans and handle questions or complaints.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; update account status and database regularly.
• Alert supervisors of customers unwilling or unable to pay; escalate as needed.
