Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on collections, cash applications, dispute resolution, and maintaining accurate AR records.

You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely cash receipts. The position requires 2+ years in AR or accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/billing systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of AR or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH).
• Experience with ERP or billing systems and order-to-cash processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist on Accounts Receivable collections with contract administrators and AR team.
• Contact customers via email and TEAMS to collect past-due balances.
• Monitor aging, resolve disputes, and follow up on payment statuses.
• Perform monthly dock walk audits and verify non-invoiced shippers.
• Prepare journal entries and recounts as needed; support accounting tasks.
