Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of accounts receivable or accounting experience.
• Experience in transportation, agriculture, logistics or related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process daily cash receipts, payments, and account adjustments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers regarding payment status and account inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records within the accounting system.
• Prepare reports related to accounts receivable activity and collections.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and account reconciliations.
• Work closely with accounting, operations, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
