Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to assist in ensuring all functions of a fast‑paced office team are completed. Responsibilities include training and directing daily activities, delegating tasks, and maintaining clear communication with customers and service teams.

You will assist with information for month-end closings, interface with service teams and subcontractors, and ensure location audit compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing, supervising or leading a team in an office environment.
• Working knowledge of accounting, banking and finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Training and directing daily activities for the office team.
• Assisting in delegation of office activities.
• Ensuring proper communication with customers and service teams.
• Assisting with preparation of information used to support month-end closings.
• Interfacing with service teams and subcontractors.
