Job summary

Baselineenergy in Fort Worth, TX seeks a detail-oriented AR specialist to manage monthly invoicing for all customers. You will collaborate with the Controller, Field Sales, and Operations to refine workflows and ensure accurate billing.

The role requires strong Excel and accounting software skills, including QuickBooks and ERP systems used in equipment rental. Experience in oil and gas rental is a plus; you will help improve financial data quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staff-level accounting experience.
• Oil and gas equipment rental or general equipment rental industry experience is ideal.
• High proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks; ERP systems for equipment rental are a plus.
• Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of accounts receivable and coordinate with field sales and operations.
• Analyze equipment re-rental invoices and bill-back items for monthly charges.
• Monitor purchase orders for expenses and identify items to be billed back.
• Communicate with customer AP departments to enable accurate invoicing.
• Review AR aging and perform collections as needed; assist in monthly financial statement reviews.
