Job summary

IFE NDT, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist / Billing to join our Finance team in Marshall, Texas. The role reports to the Financial Controller and handles customer invoicing, payment application, collections follow-up, and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, submitting them through portals, monitoring AR aging, and resolving payment discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in AR/billing and strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent preferred.
3+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or related fields preferred.
Experience invoicing, payment application, and collections follow-up preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems and customer billing portals preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices using field tickets, work orders, and pricing documents.
Submit invoices via email, portals, and required systems.
Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue balances and disputed charges.
Record and apply customer payments accurately and reconcile accounts.
Escalate delinquent accounts to the Financial Controller as needed.
Maintain billing contacts, terms, portal info, and invoicing instructions.
Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing tickets and approvals.
