Responsibilities

• Audits invoices to verify expense categorization by branch locations.
• Data entry of general office and benefits invoices.
• Allocates expenses to General Ledger accounts.
• Imports and posts invoices into the accounting system.
• Processes checks for payments and submits ACH information.
• Prepares monthly reconciliations for bank and clearing accounts.
• Posts transactions to driver commission statements.
• Adheres to the Company Safety Program and performs other duties as needed.
