Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to manage payment processing, vendor and customer support, and corporate card programs. You will lead a team of AP specialists, ensure policy compliance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in accounts payable, strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience with SAP and Concur. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Concur and AMEX desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier payment processing and daily reconciliations; ensure timely resolution of open items and exceptions.
• Supervise AP team workflow and customer inquiries; maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Administer Corporate Travel and Purchasing Card programs and audit expenses for policy compliance.
