Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Transactional Accounting to oversee the timely disbursement of payments across multiple entities and to drive reconciliations in SAP. You will co-admin Concur and AppZen, manage ePayables and coworker cards, and support banking activities daily.

This role requires strong Excel/Word skills, leadership in meetings, and the ability to deliver KPIs and dashboards for working capital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong Excel and Word skills with SAP/Concur experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Disbursement activities for multiple legal entities using all payment methods.
• Monthly reconciliation of SAP payment activity and related ledgers.
• Co-administrator for Concur and AppZen reimbursements.
• Admin duties for ePayables and coworker card programs.
• Daily wire and ACH entries; weekly Positive Pay; card program oversight.
• Support working capital initiatives, BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
