Qualifications

• 5–7 years in accounts payable or related roles; 8–11 years preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily AP team activities to ensure timely invoice processing.
• Reviews payments, reconciliations, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Develops process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
• Collapses with procurement and finance to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Supports month-end close, accruals, and audit readiness.
