Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a team of AP specialists in the Tampa area. You will oversee payment processing, vendor relations, and card program administration while ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, SAP/ERP proficiency, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment. A related accounting background and attention to detail are valued assets for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 5+ years in accounts payable.
• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Concur and AMEX desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Payment Processing - oversee supplier payments, reconcile items and ensure timely processing of ACH/wire transactions.
• Vendor and Customer Support - supervise workflow and resolve inquiries with internal/external stakeholders.
• Corporate Card Program Administration - manage travel and purchasing card programs and auditing.
• Lead, coach and develop team members with coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Administer timekeeping and attendance for direct reports and support HR processes.
• Leverage technology to improve efficiency and maintain high standards across AP.
• Identify opportunities to enhance controls and service delivery in AP.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
