Performance Food Group, a nationwide foodservice distributor, is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead vendor support, oversee daily ticket queues, and drive process improvements. You will manage staff, set KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate payments and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5 years of large-company AP experience, 3 years of supervisory experience, ERP/SAP familiarity, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• 5 years of large company, high-volume Accounts Payable experience.
• 3 years Supervisory experience.
• General ledger experience.
• Ten Key by touch.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Must be a team player.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, detail, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AP Vendor Support associates and team leads.
• Oversee daily ticket queue operations and ensure timely resolution.
• Establish performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability measures.
• Foster a customer-first culture focused on responsiveness and ownership.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff for strong performance and career development.
• Analyze ticket trends and root causes to identify issues and improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Monitor and report on service metrics (resolution time, backlog, quality, CSAT).
• Provide vendor inquiry resolution oversight for invoice processing and payments.
• Support vendor dispute management and debit balance resolution.
• Oversee Vendor Master updates and controls.
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury, tax, and IT for issue resolution.
• Ensure SOX compliance and auditing readiness.
