Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or related finance functions.
• Experience supervising or leading an accounts payable team preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, vendor reconciliation, and expense reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, verify invoices, process payments, and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare internal financial reports for management review.
• Monitor expenses and ensure proper allocation to accounts.
• Ensure expenses are supported by receipts and documents.
• Create KPI reports to monitor department performance.
