The role requires hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, internal reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize AP operations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and advanced Excel skills are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounts payable, accounting operations, or related finance functions.
• Experience supervising or leading an accounts payable team.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice management, vendor reconciliation, and expense reporting.
• Experience performing bank reconciliations and reviewing financial transactions for accuracy.
• Understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial compliance requirements.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable: verify invoices, process payments, and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to match cash records with bank statements.
• Prepare internal financial reports for management review.
• Monitor expenses and allocate to correct accounts.
• Provide insights to improve financial controls and cost savings.
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation and filing of financial records.
