Job summary

Access Medical Labs is seeking an AP/AR Manager to oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring accurate transactions and timely payments. The role partners with Finance, Operations, and Sales to support reporting and business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in accounting with supervisory experience, strong ERP skills, and GAAP knowledge. Healthcare familiarity and CPA/CMA preference are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Experience with AP/AR processes, reconciliations, and cash flow support.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• Oversee customer invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
• Prepare AP/AR reconciliations during month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and internal control activities.
• Lead AP/AR staff and develop departmental procedures and workflows.
