Job summary

Boly-Welch Inc in Tigard, Oregon is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor with 5+ years of accounting experience and 2+ years of leadership to manage the AP function on-site.

You will reconcile invoices with inventory receipts and POs, oversee 1099 reporting, and enforce internal controls with the AP and corporate card program. You will coach staff and collaborate with Supply Chain and Accounting leadership. This is an on-site role in Tigard.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience required; accounts payable preferred.
• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience required.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills required.
• ERP systems experience; D365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AP team; oversee full AP cycle.
• Reconcile supplier invoices with inventory receipts and purchase orders.
• Ensure 1099 reporting and compliance.
• Enforce internal controls for AP and corporate card program.
