Job summary

Boly-Welch Inc in Tigard, Oregon is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor with 5+ years of accounting experience and 2+ years of leadership to manage the AP function on-site.

You will reconcile invoices with inventory receipts and POs, oversee 1099 reporting, and enforce internal controls with the AP and corporate card program. You will coach staff and collaborate with Supply Chain and Accounting leadership. This is an on-site role in Tigard.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience required; accounts payable preferred.
• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience required.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills required.
• ERP systems experience; D365 preferred.

At this major distributor, the Accounts Payable Supervisor will maintain the accuracy of and oversee the full-cycle of accounts payable. Excellent communication and collaboration will empower you to work closely with the Supply Chain department and the Director of Accounting.

Day-to-day, you’ll manage the team, reconcile supplier invoices with inventory receipts and purchase orders, and conduct 1099 reporting and compliance. Enforcing company internal controls, including duty delegation, policies and procedures related to AP and the corporate card program to support compliance, will also be a regular part of this position. Your natural leadership and strong relationship building will be crucial as you coach employees with personal growth development.

This position is fully on-site in Tigard.
