Job summary

PCSI seeks an Accounts Payable Manager to lead our corporate AP team in a hybrid role based in Austin, TX. You’ll oversee vendor management, invoice processing, payments, and aging, while coaching staff and driving process improvements to maintain strong financial controls.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement AP automation, and support continuous improvement initiatives. A hands-on leader with at least 5 years in AP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; applicable experience may substitute.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive full-cycle accounts payable experience with vendor management and controls.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP operations including vendor management, invoice processing, payments, and aging review.
• Review and approve weekly check runs with proper supporting docs and controls.
• Oversee expense-report workflow, policy compliance, and GL coding review.
• Oversee vendor setup, recurring-vendor monitoring, and payment approvals.
• Manage P-card and travel-and-expense processes, aging and policy guidance.
