Job summary

Proven Recruiting in Plano, TX is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to maintain the master vendor system and ensure timely, accurate processing of supplier accounts payable transactions and payments. You will build relationships with internal and external customers and participate in AP projects and initiatives.

The role requires 4+ years of AP experience, strong Excel and ERP knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Excel.
• ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Accounts Payable operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Review supplier setup forms and add or change suppliers in EET per SOP.
• Ensure supplier invoices and payments are processed on time and accurately.
• Monitor and resolve AP aging reports.
• Upload and code invoices daily.
• Analyze data to streamline processes and internal controls.
