Job description

Atrium is seeking an experienced AP Supervisor to lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations within a Shared Services environment. This role will oversee Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities, lead process improvements, and support an SAP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, payment runs, and account reconciliations.
• Lead and develop AP staff while ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to service levels.
• Support business transformation initiatives, including SAP implementation, system enhancements, and process standardization.
• Oversee end-to-end P2P processes, including invoice matching, payment processing, and vendor issue resolution.
• Manage GR/IR clearing activities, researching and resolving complex quantity, pricing, and invoice discrepancies.
• Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and internal control compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and strengthen AP processes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or financial operations experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory/direct people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM and SAP, including T-codes
• Strong understanding of GR/IR clearing, three-way matching, and P2P reconciliations.
