Atrium is seeking an AR Supervisor – Cash Applications to lead a blended onshore/offshore team within a global shared services organization. You will direct daily AR activities, oversee reconciliations, and drive improvements during an SAP S/4HANA transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing a cash applications team of ~5–10 employees.
• Experience leading teams in a global, regional, or shared services environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–10 employees across onshore and offshore operations, managing workloads, performance, and daily priorities.
• Oversee cash applications, account reconciliations, and daily AR activities to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues involving unapplied cash, payment delays, disputed balances, and account discrepancies.
• Partner with Credit, Collections, Billing, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve payment barriers and improve the customer experience.
• Monitor team performance and report key AR metrics, trends, and results to finance leadership.
• Drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and opportunities for automation across global AR operations.
• Support AR-related projects, internal controls, and period-end reporting.
• Collaborate with Credit Analysts on customer financial reviews and risk assessments.

One of Atrium’s manufacturing clients is seeking an AR Supervisor – Cash Applications to lead a blended onshore and offshore team within a growing global shared services organization. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on cash application performance, process improvement, and the future of global Order-to-Cash operations as the business continues to expand and transition to SAP S/4HANA.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical AR knowledge with hands-on leadership, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to keep a team accountable in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading teams in a global, regional, or shared services environment.


• Advanced Excel skills.


• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and team development skills.


• A hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, JDE, HighRadius, BlackLine, or similar financial systems.


• Experience supporting large, multi-entity organizations.


• Familiarity with customer and vendor master data management in a global environment.


• Exposure to AR automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
