Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Cash Application Supervisor to lead a dedicated AR team across a multi-entity environment, overseeing daily cash applications, reconciliations, and related order-to-cash processes. The role emphasizes process improvement, accuracy, and strong internal controls to support period-end close.

You will mentor staff, coordinate onshore/offshore resources, monitor AR metrics, and drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in cash application and/or order-to-cash operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Hands-on HighRadius and SAP S/4 HANA experience required.
• Strong knowledge of cash application, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience managing teams in a multi-entity or shared services environment.
