Atrium, a woman-owned firm, is seeking an experienced AP Supervisor to lead day-to-day accounts payable operations in a Shared Services environment in Johns Creek, GA. The role oversees P2P activities, guides staff, and supports an SAP implementation to standardize processes.

Responsibilities include managing vendor relations, ensuring accuracy and SLAs, and driving efficiency across the AP function while maintaining strong internal controls and month-end activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable or P2P experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience with OpenText VIM (T-codes).
• Strong understanding of GR/IR clearing and three-way matching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Lead and develop AP staff to ensure accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Support SAP implementation and process standardization initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end P2P, including invoice matching and vendor issue resolution.
• Oversee GR/IR activities and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and internal control compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve AP efficiency.
