Randstad USA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist (temporary) in Pasadena, CA, onsite. The role focuses on high-volume AP tasks, including invoice processing and PO creation within a construction context, using Sage Intacct.

A strong candidate will manage ~800 credit card transactions monthly and ensure accurate receipt tracking. This short-term contract requires 2+ years of AP experience, attention to detail, and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or field services.
• Experience with high-volume credit card reconciliations and receipt tracking is strongly preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail, quick learner, and clear communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Enter high-volume vendor invoices and issue POs aligned with construction job codes.
• Reconcile ~800 credit card transactions per month and process receipts daily.
• Collect, track, and match receipts from field technicians, sales, managers, and executives.
• Use Sage Intacct daily to maintain accurate AP records and support general AP functions.
• Collaborate with accounting team to ensure timely vendor payments and job cost entries.
