The role supports month-end closings and team projects while maintaining confidentiality of financial data. Weekend/overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Typing 40 wpm.
• 2+ years Customer Service and/or Call Center experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, receipts, and other supporting documentation.
• Enter invoices and payment information into the accounting system.
• Assist with weekly and monthly payment processing.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
