Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounts payable, billing, or general accounting experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payment requests accurately.
• Perform 3-way match with POs and receiving docs.
• Prepare weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires).
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to inquiries.
• Support month-end close and AP aging reports.
• Assist with onboarding new vendors and audits.
• Reconcile vendor statements and monitor open payables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
