Job summary

Arrow Tool Group in Saddle Brook, NJ seeks an Accounts Payable professional to oversee all AP processes, vendor communications, and record-keeping. You will resolve invoice discrepancies, process payments, and support audits while ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least 1 year of experience, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and a stable team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field.
• Minimum 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage investigation and resolution of discrepancies or issues with invoices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Process due invoices for payments.
• Ensure bills are paid timely and accurately per procedures.
• Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
• Track all payments, expenditures, PO, invoices and statements.
• Reconcile processed payments with supporting documents.
• Maintain accuracy of historical data and records.
• Provide support in audit and tax preparation.
• Correspond with vendors regarding payment schedules and credits.
• Verify and process invoices with PO and delivery receipts.
• Continuous improvement of payment process.
