Weiss Technik North America is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting accurate, timely, and efficient financial operations. You will manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain complete documentation while supporting compliance and process improvements.

Strong SAP ERP experience, 3–5 years of accounting, and excellent communication are required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• 2+ years of ERP experience; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices accurately and maintain complete transaction documentation.
• Ensure timely payments and support multi-state use tax compliance.
• Manage vendor inquiries, payment issues, and complex discrepancy resolution.
• Serve as a key point of contact for supplier relationships and credit hold situations.
• Prepare AP aging reports, metrics, and reconciliation support.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and audit compliance requirements.
• Support month-end close activities and general ledger reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
